Jensen Huang‘s net worth has passed the $200 billion mark, placing him as the seventh-richest person worldwide, according to Forbes’ real-time billionaire tracker at 12:30 p.m. EDT. The estimate, reported in EDT, comes from Forbes’ real-time billionaire estimates, which track wealth fluctuations throughout the trading day.
Nvidia’s shares reached a fresh all-time high above $237 per share on Friday, later settling at $236.13, still more than 2% higher than the previous close.
Morgan Stanley reinstated the firm as a top semiconductor pick, a move that helped lift the stock. Analyst Joseph Moore said after meeting with Huang and other executives that the company was “well positioned, with a very undemanding valuation.”
Bloomberg noted that demand from AI agents, including Meta’s Muse, has boosted chip stocks across the sector.

Huang co-founded the company in 1993 and retains roughly a 4% ownership stake, serving continuously as chief executive and president.
The firm’s market capitalisation now sits near $5.7 trillion, after becoming the first publicly traded entity to exceed $5 trillion earlier this year. Reaching a $6 trillion valuation would further increase Huang’s holdings. The AI-driven surge made Nvidia the world’s most valuable publicly traded company, a title Apple briefly claimed over the summer.
In 2026 the stock has risen 26% so far, up from roughly $188 in early January, marking its highest level since May when a comparable rally first pushed the billionaire past the earlier milestone. That rally marked the first time Huang’s net worth crossed $200 billion, highlighting AI-linked wealth creation.
The prior milestone occurred in May after the United States cleared the sale of the firm’s H200 chips to ten Chinese technology companies and after Huang joined a delegation that met Chinese President Xi Jinping.
