Vail Resorts is offering a four-day Epic Day Pass for $471, giving skiers and snowboarders access to some of its most popular destinations. This works out to an average of $118 per day, but only if purchased by October 7.
The pass includes access to Vail Mountain, Whistler Blackcomb, Park City Mountain, and Breckenridge. According to the company, buying before the deadline can save customers up to 65% compared to lift-ticket window prices.
Customizable Pass Options
The Epic Day Pass is designed for visitors who plan to ski only part of the 2026/27 season. Customers can choose between one and seven days and customize the pass based on their preferred resorts and whether they want access during peak holiday dates.
The four-day option covers four of Vail Resorts’ most well-known destinations. Vail Mountain in Colorado boasts a 5,317-acre ski area with seven Back Bowls. Breckenridge, also in Colorado, spans five peaks of the Tenmile Range and features the Imperial SuperChair, which reaches 12,840 feet—the highest lift in North America.
Park City Mountain in Utah offers over 7,300 acres, more than 330 trails, and 42 lifts. Whistler Blackcomb in British Columbia covers more than 8,000 acres across Whistler and Blackcomb mountains, with over 200 runs and three glaciers.

For those who want to experience these top-tier resorts, the $471 price tag for four days averages to $117.75 per day, which Vail Resorts rounds to $118.
Additional Pass Options and Discounts
Vail Resorts also offers a four-day Epic Day Pass for $367, or about $92 per day, for other major resorts. These include Keystone, Crested Butte, Heavenly, and Stowe.
For local mountains in the East and Midwest, a four-day Epic Day Pass is available for $223, or approximately $56 per day. This option includes destinations such as Stowe, Okemo, Mount Snow, and Hunter in the Northeast, as well as Liberty, Roundtop, Whitetail, and others.
Vail Resorts is also offering a 20% discount on Epic Pass and Epic Local Pass products for young adults aged 13 to 30 for the 2026/27 season. This discount is separate from the Epic Day Pass promotion.
Pass holders receive five Epic Friend Tickets, offering 50% off adult lift tickets and 25% off child lift tickets. They also get Epic Mountain Rewards, including 20% savings on lodging, equipment rentals, lessons, dining, and other eligible purchases.
The 2026/27 winter season will feature new events, such as The Snow League at Park City Mountain from January 21 to 23, 2027. Founded by Shaun White, this competition will bring elite halfpipe snowboarders and freeskiers to the resort, along with live music and fan activities.

Vail Resorts has invested more than $2 billion in guest experience and innovation over the past decade. For the upcoming season, it is focusing on enhancements in food, equipment rentals, lessons, technology, and hospitality.
The My Epic Gear program will be incorporated into rental operations at 12 resorts. Guests booking qualifying high-performance demo rentals can select specific ski or snowboard models online, with premium features like BOA ski boots and Step On bindings available.
At Vail Mountain and Beaver Creek, private lessons are being upgraded under the Epic Ascent program. This includes concierge support, white-glove gear rental, and assistance coordinating trip elements.
Seasonal Events and Programming
The 2026/27 winter season will feature a range of new events across Vail Resorts’ destinations. Northstar will host its Winter Wonders celebrations, while Keystone will offer family-oriented holiday activities, including Breakfast with Santa, sleigh rides, and New Year’s events.
Vail Mountain is planning pop-up mountaintop music performances, adding a unique cultural dimension to the skiing experience. These events are part of Vail Resorts’ broader strategy to enhance guest experiences through diverse programming.
